Poster - WIP
A work in progress on a poster I’m currently colouring. It’s probably the biggest canvas size I’ve worked on. Been very productive on this rainy saturday! Might post more later today dependent on how it all goes!

Body
From my basic calculations (ie. checking dates of posts on tumblr) I can tell you that it’s been 2 3 weeks since last finishing a picture! You might think 3 weeks is more than sufficient time to draw. I do too. I’m worried this blog is going to become a list of excuses interspersed by artwork, but I won’t let that happen, by simply not supply any excuses.

This has to be, without a doubt the most time consuming and complex piece I’ve done so far. It’s taken just under a week to finish.
I actually made myself a little bit ill yesterday forcing myself to stay awake and work for as long as I could. It’s amazing how quick the hours go when you really get in to something.

First Try

Computer crash!
My computer decided to crash last night, taking away 2 of the 4 hours I had spare that day to colour in my latest illustration. I was angry, but I can’t be too mad as it could have been a lot worse. Losing the last save is one thing, file corruption or even, dare I say it, hard drive failure is another.

It's done!
It’s been a long, slow day today. Didn’t fall asleep until 1.30am last night as my mind was too overactive after pushing myself to draw for almost a solid 5 hours.
I Finally got around to completing the drawing this evening. I’d say it was at least a solid 8 hours in the making. I’m quite happy with the results. I shall post up the final artwork early next week.
I’ve done all I can for tonight. My concentration is kaput. I think I’ve made a reasonable bit of progress tonight. I’m guessing around 70% done. I just hope I get some more time before the end of the week to finish it off!

Time to knuckle down
I need to get a illustration done (or as near as I can) by tonight. I’ve got the pencil sketch complete, I’ve just got to ink and colour it! Can it be done?
One more test
Testing out a tumblr application from the Android Marketplace. There isn’t really much of a selection of apps and this one seems to be the best.
Let’s see if this application can convert line breaks!
